CONDITIONS:
The Fort Vermilion School Division is selling the unit in “As is, Where is” condition. There are no warranties or guarantees regarding the condition of the unit. Potential buyers are encouraged to inspect the unit thoroughly prior to bidding on it.
The unit is to be removed from site at #14 Butler in Rainbow Lake, Alberta, no later than July 15th, 2025.
The buyer is responsible for all utility disconnects, permits, moving expenses, and any other expenses incurred with the move. FVSD bears no cost or liability for the move.
Once removed, the buyer is responsible too, within 30 days of moving, remove any debris, remove any screw piles, repair any damage and level the entire property. In addition to the bid price, the buyer shall submit a $5000 deposit to the seller, which will be returned to the buyer once the property is deemed to be cleaned and leveled to the FVSD’s satisfaction.
There will be ONE site meeting that potential buyers are encouraged to attend. There will be no other viewing available.

Bids will NOT be accepted after closing date and time. When a bid has been deemed successful, a 10% deposit is required, and the balance is due to be paid in full no later than 45 days from the date of the agreement.
