Statement on the passing of Bill Neufeld:

The Fort Vermilion School Division would like to express condolences for former Mackenzie County Reeve Bill Neufeld following his passing on Jan. 15.

Neufeld worked tirelessly in the region for decades as a member of Mackenzie County Council and his efforts will long be remembered in the communities he served.

Our thoughts remain with his family at this time.
